We are delighted to report that the Redgrave Neighbourhood Plan has been successful at Examination. The report from the independent examiner follows:
The examiner has requested a small number of changes and complimented all involved on their hard work and the amount of consultation undertaken which was well above the minimum required.
The plan has strong environmental safeguards and protects wildlife, open spaces and community facilities as well as catering for the housing needs of the parish and raising the standard of design.
Following the Examination the plan can be given some weight in the determination of planning applications.
Redgrave Neighbourhood Plan will now be changed in line with the examiner’s report. It is anticipated that the public referendum will be before Christmas 2021.
